Technical Support (ID Provider)

Please get in touch with the support of your ID Provider in case you encounter continued problems for registration, log-in and and access to the FSP.

- Registration with the Identity Provider Group Retail Portal (GRP) is a prerequisite for gaining access to the Future Sales Portal (FSP). If you are a new user and have not yet registered with the GRP, start the registration process and find all neccessary information plus video tutorials and a help section here: Register with GRP
